Emirates Airline
Emirates is a major international airline headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and a subsidiary of The Emirates Group. It is the largest airline in the Middle East and operates a large fleet of aircraft, including the Airbus A380 and Boeing 777. Emirates flies to numerous destinations across six continents, offering a range of amenities and services, including a luxurious in-flight entertainment system and gourmet cuisine.
Task
The company challenged a small design team that I was part of, with a critical mission: Redesign their website to enhance responsiveness while developing a scalable design system—ensuring consistency and efficiency across a diverse team of specialists. Enhancing the user experience of an airline website creates a competitive advantage by streamlining flight-related interactions and improving customer satisfaction.
